Shipping Policy

Luggage Online processes orders as quickly as possible. Orders may take 1-3 business days to process.

Please note: If you order multiple items within one order, please keep in mind that some items may be nested and shipped in a single box. 

 

Shipping to AK, HI, PR, and PO boxes

Luggage online offers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and PO boxes. There will be additional charges to these destinations and most packages will be shipped via USPS.

International Orders

We are happy to offer international shipping. Rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note certain brands are excluded from our international shipping option. 

Excluded Brands: Samsonite, Tumi, and Victorinox Merchandise. 

Estimating Shipping Time

Luggage Online ships via UPS Ground and USPS, delivery times will vary based on your relative proximity to our East Coast main warehouse. Most in-stock items will leave our warehouse within one (1) to two (2) business days (Monday-Friday). Certain items will ship from other warehouses in different parts of the country and delivery time will vary. 

UPS Ground - 3 to 8 business days*

*Business days include Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

Luggage Online is committed to keeping all of our products in stock, at all times. If we do not have your products in stock at the time you place your order, we will have the manufacturer ship the products directly from their warehouse to your doorstep. There may be a 3-5 business day delay on these orders. Premium Brand Shipping Upgrade

Luggage online is now offering complimentary express shipping upgrade to UPS next day air saver on all Tumi, Briggs & Riley, Rimowa orders*.  

Exclusions apply: 

• *Shipping upgrade only valid on orders within the Continental US. 
• PO Box address not accepted.

Express Shipping Option Timeline

All express shipping orders (Next day air, 2nd day air) must be purchased before 12 pm for same day shipping. 

• If a next day air order is placed after 12 the order will  be shipped out the next day and received the day after. 
• All orders are subject to fraud check and processing; once approved your item will be shipped. 
• Amazon payments and Paypal have quicker processing times and will not delay shipment. 
• If express shipping is chosen over a weekend the item will ship out the next business day.
