Luggage Online works quickly and efficiently to process and ship your order. We know you are excited to receive your new items, but please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.
We understand that customers will sometimes need to receive their items quicker than our Free Ground shipping. The opportunity for express shipping methods will be available at checkout for a fee calculated by your shipping address.
Don't Panic! If you order multiple items within one order keep in mind that it can be shipped separately and arrive at different times. When ordering a set with multiple sizes it is usually nested and shipped in a single box.

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. All Luggage Online products come with our 30-day FREE & EASY Returns Policy. we will provide a FREE prepaid return shipping label as a courtesy to our customers.
We don't want to rush you. We know returns are not everyone's top priority, but If the item is not received back within 10 business days from your return claim it will no longer be valid. Once your return is received we will apply a refund for the cost of the item back to the original form of payment. Any expedited shipping costs the customer may have purchased will not be refunded.
New & Unused
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. All merchandise must be in the same new, unused condition in which you received them.
Please make sure all original tags are on the returned items.
Items returned to Luggage Online that are not in new, unused condition are subject to up to 50% restocking fee upon inspection. If the item is showing significant use and damage your item will NOT be refunded with the option to have it returned to you.
We want to make sure returns are as easy as possible to do, but if you need more detailed information read our full return policy.
It is best to print out your order confirmation and place it in the box with your return. It is important that we know the order number and email address associated with the order to process the return correctly .
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you'll have proof you've sent it.
At this time we do not offer exchange services. We simply ask that you go through the return process and place a new order once completed. Remember customer service is always ready to help you find the right packing case for your needs.
