We have made the decision to open our offices and warehouse. In doing so, we are following CDC and local guidelines to keep everyone safe.
Our warehouse staff is working hard to process and ship orders in a timely manner. As we all face the impacts of COVID-19, Luggage Online continues to prioritize the health and well being of our associates, customers, and communities.
Please note our express deliveries are still available on Tumi, Rimowa, and Briggs & Riley orders. Due to unprecedented circumstances there may be order processing on delivery delays from our shipping carrier. However, We are committed to getting orders to our customers as quickly as possible.

- • All Associates are required to wear face coverings and wash their hands routinely throughout the day.
- • We are limiting capacity at this time with some employees working remotely to ensure proper social distancing.
- • We are cleaning our workspace throughout the day. Hand sanitizers and wipes are provided and encouraged multiple times a daily.
- • We are taking extra precautions to ensure all returned merchandise is handled appropriately.
