How to make a Return
1. Use our convenient online form to request a prepaid UPS shipping label.
2. You will receive the prepaid UPS shipping label in your e-mail within 7-10 business days. Print and affix the label to your package and drop it off at your local UPS Store, Mailboxes, Etc. store or any location that handles UPS mail. Locate a UPS store >>
3. Upon receipt, Luggage Online will process your return/exchange within fourteen (14) business days. Please allow at least one billing statement for the return transaction to appear on your credit card account.*
