The items 3 suitcases and some knickknacks, were shipped on the next day on a regular shipment and arrived in a couple of days, i really did not expect it and was very pleased and impressed with the speed of shipment ! GREAT SERVICE ! I ordered the Pinnacle Pathfinder tote on Oct. 6. It arrived on the 10th ! The Pathfinder is only a 14X17X9 tote, but it seems ALOT roomier! The large zip opening on the front side makes the contents readily available. It's more like a mini suitcase than a tote .

I was initially disappointed when the Travelpro Crew5 rolling garment bag that I tried to order on closeout was completely sold out. The Crew6 that I bought as a replacement looks to be the best bag that I have ever had. The combination of compartments and storage space accomodates everything that I'll need on my upcoming 10 day trip to Ireland. It is a spacious, well-constructed bag and I am delighted with the strength of the retractable handle and the number and placement of heavy-duty zippers. The bag was delivered quickly and as promised. I never thought I'd rave about luggage, but Travelpro and Luggage Online have both earned kudos from me.
