23, 2007 Title: Problem handle Handle gets stuck if you get it extended and then try getting it down. This would be a great back if the mechanisim in the extending handle was fixed.

19, 2008 Title: Misleading statement about characteristics The specs said my laptop will fit, but in reality while my laptop can be inserted into the luggage, it cannot be inserted into the space where laptops are supposed to go.
