Q:	Can this tote be slipped over the pull handle? I saw someone who actually had a "belt" that secured the tote over the long pull handle

Title: Samsonite Verana Corduroy Computer Tote 222185 Product Review

Bought the bag but didn't help me because my laptop is a 17 so I had to purchase a new bag. I do use it for personal purse though. Makes a very cute purse!!!!
