27, 2008 Title: Not exactly carry-on size I have been struggling to find a quality carry-on bag and this is not it. The manufacturer's do not include wheels or handles when they measure the bag-- but I thought I would be ok by purchasing the 20 inch model. Yes, the bag does measure just under 22 inches in length if you include wheels and handle-- which I assume the airline does. However the telescoping handle is not included in the measurements and it does need to be, as it is an outside mount. So the bag does not meet the most universal carryon requirements of 22 x 14 x 9. If you always fly Jet-Blue the bag would be acceptable, although pretty heavy.
