Does the inside top lid have a zipper compartment across the whole top pocket? Is there a way to see inside?

Yes, there is a zippered pocket that uses the entire space of the lid. There is another zippered pocket that uses the entire back panel of the item as well.- Answered

IN6380 Product Review This really work well with my travel schedule. It holds everything I could possibly need. It fits well in my luggage (even though it does not come in Tweed) and alleviates the need to have multiple cases for makeup, health aids, and other necessities.
