How do I have my luggage repaired?
Luggage Online is home to the most respected luggage brands in the world. Luggage Online does not, however, perform repairs, provide warranty service or provide replacement parts of any kind. If you find that your luggage requires service, you will need to contact the manufacturer in order to locate an authorized part/repair center in your area. If an authorized repair center is not available in your area, you will be given instructions on how to send your item(s) in for service. Repairs and service will be performed under the terms of the product warranty.Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or if you experience difficulty in obtaining repairs and service on items purchased from Luggage Online.

What if my bag is damaged by the airlines?
If your bag is damaged by an airline, you should immediately file a damage claim with the airline. Most manufactures warranties do not cover abuse or mishandling. Contact the manufacturer directly for  for information on a specific products warranty.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged on orders being shipped to PA and NJ.  6% sales tax will be applied to PA orders and 7% will be applied to NJ orders.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Every item sold at Luggage Online is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.  The warranty length is listed on the product details page for all items we currently sell on our site.  For other products, or for more details on specific warranties, you'll want to contact the manufacturer directly.

Do you sell items that are not featured on your website?
Yes, please contact one of our experienced sales associates if you do not see the item(s) you are looking for. You may contact our sales department by telephone at 1-888-958-4424, e-mail or FAX at 1-877-478-4462. 

Defective or Damaged goods
Please contact us immediately if your Luggage Online purchase arrives in defective or damaged condition.  Items that arrive in defective or damaged condition will be replaced immediately. 

Receipts and Packing slips
In most cases, Luggage Online does not include a packing slip or receipt with your order.  Your order confirmation email will serve as your receipt and proof of purchase.  If you have misplaced your order confirmation or require a duplicate receipt for some reason, simply contact us.  Duplicate receipts can be sent via email, Fax or U.S. Mail.
