I neglected to order an item and wanted to add it to an existing purchase, John at the sales department was extremely courteous and helped me doing that without having to pay for shipping.
The items 3 suitcases and some knickknacks, were shipped on the next day on a regular shipment and arrived in a couple of days, i really did not expect it and was very pleased and impressed with the speed of shipment !
