I initially received the incorrect color suitcase, however, shipping mistakes occur in even the best organizations. The response to the mistake is what matters. I called customer service, they initiated a return, sent me a prepaid UPS return label and sent the correct item without hesitation. I received the new suitcase a day before they promised it. Excellent customer service as well as excellent products. Well done!
